First bus story

Nowadays buses are essential part of our daily life, we get by them to work and study, travel, explore the world around us. Almost in every part of the planet Earth it is available and relatively affordable type of public transport. However, there a few people who know how buses came to our everyday life throughout the history of the last centuries.

Although there were a few bus inventions before, the first motor bus was produced in far 1895 by famous worldwide Benz company. It was six-passenger motor carriage and had made quite a revolution in vehicle industry. After following inventions, fisrt mass-produced bus model saw the world in 1910 in England and was designed by Frank Searle. It was prototype of double-decker bus, which later became symbol of London for tourist as well as for locals. Motor vehicles and other inventions made huge technological revolution and divided human history into before and after. 



Buses played their significant role in military service in the both World Wars but now they are mostly considered as daily public transport which we take for granted.  Large companies are still developing new technologies to provide passengers with comfort and safety. Hence, we are able to see how bus industry change together with other technological developments.  It is quite interesting to imagine which course our history would have  taken without these amazing inventions...
